These Terms and Conditions govern the relations between “Dimitrova and Staykova” Law Firm, BULSTAT 176667645, with registered address: Sofia, postal code 1000, Oborishte district, 37 “Georgi Benkovski” Str., floor 1 (hereinafter referred to as “DSP”) and the users of the website https://www.dsp.bg/.
1.2. With each use of the resources of the Website, the users declare that they are familiar with these Terms and Conditions, agree with them and undertake to comply with them.

2.1. The resources that the Website offers are the following:

– Publications related to DSP;
– News related to DSP;

– The contact form through which users may contact DSP or submit an inquiry to the administrators of the platform;

III. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
3.1. All intellectual property rights with respect to the informational resources and the content of the Website are exercised by DSP. For any violation under this article, the respective user shall bear at their own expense full liability – civil, administrative and/or criminal, including the payment of compensations imposed by a competent authority to the affected persons.
3.5. DSP shall be entitled to compensation for all damages, costs and claims of third parties resulting from a violation of these Terms and Conditions and/or unauthorized use of the Website services.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.2. For all matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the applicable legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
7.3. All disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be referred for resolution to the competent Bulgarian court.
